It’s a cheap quality product with overpriced and doesn’t hold the new macbook pro well and sags from the strip provided, i called them up after 60 hrs of delivery (They took 7 days to deliver), and when called they say cant help much and have a policy for 48 hrs, infact they have mentioned of some deductions also if they take it back, amounts to imperliastic attitude and monoplastic trade practices, if they don’t take it back and refund...

Their bags are a rebranding of a cheap chinese brand of the name "dpark". Actually, the whole scarters' website contains overpriced goods which are rebrandings. I was shocked and felt betrayed when i learnt this.
I haven't ordered this bag from amazon. I took the liberty of ordering it from their website itself. Boy, i was so wrong. They don't do refunds! I am now stuck with a pricey bag with no use. I would kindly request them to...
