I have ordered the charging dock and received the faulty one. My apple watch is not charging. I have raised the issue to get a refund but there is no positive response from the company. When i spoke to the representative, they are asking to send the video of the product that it's not charging. They offered 10 days moneyback guarantee without any questions asked and now asking to send photos and videos. It's very hard to believe such kind...
