Monthly subscription- set top box Smart card no.42840400784

Sir/Madam As in previous months I tried to pay on line monthly (Sept 2015) subscription for Tamil Basic pack Rs. 48/= But the bill desk on line accepted payment for Rs 168 which I paid yesterday[protected] thinking that the additional amount will be credited to my account for future monthly charges of Rs.48/= per month. But the balance is showing the old balance of Rs. 13/= only up to now. Please look into the matter and arrange...

Payment not update

Paid the subscribtion charge on 19th July till now not recevied the signal contact the customer care[protected] he told that not make the payment
we check that payment received on the date 19th july is till now not updated By IT team is scv what is the reason or Lack of people working in the scv
this type of cheating done by scv why he will do like this?????????????...
