Sir/Madam
As in previous months I tried to pay on line monthly (Sept 2015) subscription for Tamil Basic pack Rs. 48/=
But the bill desk on line accepted payment for Rs 168 which I paid yesterday[protected] thinking that the additional amount will be credited to my account for future monthly charges of Rs.48/= per month.
But the balance is showing the old balance of Rs. 13/= only up to now.
Please look into the matter and arrange...

Paid the subscribtion charge on 19th July till now not recevied the signal contact the customer care[protected] he told that not make the payment
