Pathetic service, nobody is there to help out. Its been more than a month our marriage certificate is pending, need it on urgent basis and nobody is helping. We have visited the place multiple times however nobody is there to help.

Pathetic service....

I had applied for surviving member certificate on 29 December 2021 and the officers assured me that the certificate will be issued as soon as possible within 20 days of receipt of verification but it's about 2 month from the submission and still I am not receiving any certificate and about this issue I also filed my grievance under the grievance redress section, also after this I do not receive any information from the dept. It's a humble request to you please take an immediate action on this .

Dear sir/madam,
I have applied for renwal of catse certificate (Registeration number [protected]) on dated 16/07/2019, but it is not give me till now. Caste certificate receiving date is 24/07/2019 only according to govt. O[censored]p. I had to checkin regularly but they did'nt give me and it certificate is very necessary for my du admission. This kind of behaviour of govt. Officer is not good for me and my future.
Kindly help me to resolve the issue...
