I have recieved a call from sds solution on 26 june. They said me to do typing work of 1500 page. I have done that and then afterwards they are demanding me money of amount 5600. Sending agreement notice and all.. Blackmailing me of arrest and sending legal notice. What to do. I haven't signed anything or any paper.

Is it a fraud company. They talked to me today and telling to provide work from tomorrow.

same fraud has happened with me they have did same things with us and now they are charging us 4900 as the penalty charges.
Even I didn't get my QC report and the person with name Ajay Mishra sent me a mail regarding Notice
if anyone from consumer court can help us plzzz do it i m too a student me and my friend has been traped

1. The information given was fraudulent. There was no practical difference that could be pointed out in some of the letters. Also, no proper assistance provided.

To Elaborate, they had chosen a font smartly, in which you can barely rather CANNOT find out the difference between capital "I" and a small "l". When asked for assistance I got the most foolish answer ever, saying that small "l" is slightly longer than capital letters.

2. The PDF file that got downloaded, why is it that we cannot see our own work without getting a password from you. Here, what I want to say is that I strongly object that the information filled by me has been manipulated.

3. The quality of data given does NOT at all demand this much "penalty amount".

4. I had done my work with utmost care and dedication. Completed it.

5. Do they want to say that I am RETARDed to have not filled such simple forms correctly. Their explanation for this is "it is human tendency to commit mistakes" which is complete utter ###!!

6. The report shows half of the forms filled by me had errors in them, which is impossible.

Finally, I would again say that all o[censored]s come together and expose these fraudsters, so that they are stopped once and for all.

Hi Guys dont believe SDS Solutions Latuur, Mahastra, The calls are coming from Telugu region . I was lured by their ad and paid the amount and started working.
After finishing my work i sent the pdf, Immediately I got the messgae that my QC is ready.

By seeing the report, it was shocking me since I verified all the forms everytime, but they are telling. It fails. They are removing/inserting junk characters inside the form and thery are telling it is failing. Fraud

Hey mai bhi same site pe work kr rhi hu maine start kr diya hai but sudden maine yeh check kia then i came to know they are fraud peoples even i don't want to waste my time in this trap. Wo keh rhe hau agar kaam galat hua ya time se submit nhi hua to wo mujse 5600rs charge krenge mai b bekwuf bina agreement pade unhe sb information de diya .

They are fraud people asking for money only . I got a call today from patil name he said you have done this that blah blah. And said you will face the consequences. Does anyone paid money or got any legal action

I am also facing the same issue. I have completed the job within 15 days and i have rechecked almost 1000 forms before final submission. I was literally shocked that the qc report got failed because more than 500 forms were wrong itseems. Now mr. m patel is blackmailing that i have to pay rs.7400/-( utility charged & legal notice charges) or else they will put a case and i have to come to sural itseems. And if i wont pay then i have to pay 50000/- itseems. Please someone suggest what should be done. If anybody has a solution please contact me and advice.

Hello everyone they are a fraud company they same doing with me first of all government websites has a domain of .in for eg- [protected]@.ac.in so please avoid their calls or block them don't send them money they will not send you any noc certificate they will send u a number where they will pressurise you for settling down the case by giving them money
