I have purchase 3 cable connection on my flat no.710 aparna river view, dayalbagh agra on dt.[protected] and we have face many problem of connection and fixing related by sea tv executive. We have complained him many time but no response received from his side. He got money of rs.3700/- from me on dt.[protected] for 3 setup box and 3 monthly connection payment as advance and i told him that the cable is not working properly from the starting date but he dont have us response. Last 5 day ago he is came my house and checked all but cable still not working and he did not get me response properly. Very poor service of sea tv network and your executive.

Dear sir,
The service provided by your company operators is extremely poor. Your cable operator mintu is highly irresponsible. Even after telling the complain, it is not resolved before 3-4 days. They do not even pick up the phone and we are not able to watch the tv even after giving advance payment. Even the customer care does not listen to us and the problem is still not solved. I am highly disappointed by sea tv company and if the problem is not still solved i will disconnect the services as soon as the time period gets over. I hope you respond to this complain as soon as possible.

I want submit a complain against an attendant at toll free number .He talked to me very rudely and shouted on me when I complained him against continuous connectivity loss.We are paying money for entertainment.How can we tolerate such a Bad behaviour toward us.Your commitment is toward us.Take action and feed back.

I m a user of sea tv network i'm agra location my set top box no. Is [protected]. The incharge of my area is very irresponsible neither he response on complain nor he resolve it.. The cable tv in unable from last months and also there is a issue in set top box but he does not exchange it even after so many complaints and said, "pura kharab ho jaye tab badal dunga".

My name is sagar and i am living in kamla nagar agra.i have three connections of sea tv but when we have install setup boxes of sea tv i was getting complain of connectivety loss or no signal complain.i have complain many times to sea tv customer care but they are not listing.i have also complain local operator of sea tv mr ritu raj but he was told that company has told us to give supply on for 13 days in a month. So it was my humble request to please solve my complain.

I was appointed as an Accounts Department in the sea tv network ltd. agra.in 25 dec 2006. I worked there for two years. I have given my Resignation in december 2008 for leaving my job as I have to continue my studies in R.B.S College. I stated in that application that because I have to go, I will need the saalry cheque in the end days of december. I leaved the job in 17 Dec 2008. After that when I contacted them they always said that we'll give your cheque tomorrow. And now it's 24 Feb., they have given salary to all the employees discluding me. Now I want some strict action to be taken to them as they always escape because they are the main media persons in agra.I also disclose the salary of all the top management persons.Mr.Neeraj Jain (C.M.D) is withdrawing 2, 50, 000 per month, Mr.Pankaj jain is withdrawing 2, 50, 000, Mr.Akshay jain is withdrawing 2, 50, 000, Mrs.Sonal jain wife of Neeraj jain is withdrawing 25000, Mrs.Chhaya jain wife of Pankaj Jain is withdrawing 25000, Joginder Luthra, 30000, Shilpa Luthra.30000, Rohit luthra, 10500, Yogesh Sharma (G.M.) is withdrawing 25000, Chakresh Jain-12000, Vivek Jain-12000, John Jain-12000, I worked in accounts deptt starting 3000 per month in Dec 2006, they increased my salary by 700 in jan 2008, and my work load is going to much in jan 2008, They show me as a Part Time Accountant in Salary Sheet as a minimal salary of 3000, my working Hours is 11 am to 10pm daily, But in Finalisation of accounts my working time is gone to 11 am to 12 pm, 1 pm but they do not give me any extra salary of extra working, they say that this is your woking part so dont ask for extra salary.When i leave the job i fully depressed by the work in dec 2008, and my exams on my head so i leave the job, but they didnot give me salary.and P.F. also, they also expel my assistant from the job in 26 dec 2008, So sir Please help me this Company is Total fraud, Some persons are also abused by the company i also disclose the name of them, the main thing is that sir they giving very low salary to employees in between 1500 to 2750 minimum they also cut down the P.F. on Rs.1500 Salary.
