I have purchase 3 cable connection on my flat no.710 aparna river view, dayalbagh agra on dt.[protected] and we have face many problem of connection and fixing related by sea tv executive. We have complained him many time but no response received from his side. He got money of rs.3700/- from me on dt.[protected] for 3 setup box and 3 monthly connection payment as advance and i told him that the cable is not working properly from the starting...

The service provided by your company operators is extremely poor. Your cable operator mintu is highly irresponsible. Even after telling the complain, it is not resolved before 3-4 days. They do not even pick up the phone and we are not able to watch the tv even after giving advance payment. Even the customer care does not listen to us and the problem is still not solved. I m a user of sea tv network i'm agra location my set top box no. Is [protected]. The incharge of my area is very irresponsible neither he response on complain nor he resolve it..
