My Seagate HDD was not being recognized by the Windows OS. The HDD was well within warranty period. I gave it to Accel Frontline Service Bangalore (No.2 & 3, New Raj Building, Above Andhra Bank, N R Road, Bangalore - 560002) for warranty replacement. Hard disk Not Responding and Not Detected by Desktops and Laptops

External Hard Drive not working

I have a portable external hard drive, namely Seagate FreeAgent Go. The computer is not being able to sense it, although the indicating light on the external hdd is blinking when the hdd is connected to the computer via the usb. Please suggest an immediate solution as the drive is needed urgently for official purposes....

Not received HDD

I had given my 400 GB HDD for replacement to Accel Frontline service Ltd on[protected] vide call ID SGTAHM[protected]DW. They give me SMS that your HDD will be replaced within 5/7 days. Already more than 21 days passed away but till today I had not received any reply from them.

Poor customer relationship management

I am facing huge trouble in registering customer id from URL "http://myservice.accelwms.in/" as this is not functioning for last 3-4 days. I am not able to understand it's significance (registration of customer id), this could be avoid & we people can meet direct to service center in person.

HDD Replacement

Hi,

I have procured a new 160GB SATA HDD. For almost two to three months I didn't use that HDD. Later on when I try to use that HDD, it's not working. I can't able to format of create partitions on that HDD.
