Select City Walk Mall/Parking Charges Complaints & Reviews

Hi on 27th december i visited Saket Select city walk mall and they have charged me Rs 240 parking via fast tag for 7 hours not sure what is the gov policy on this

Hello. I parked my car at 12:12 PM and exited the mall at 19:39. Duration - 7 hrs, 27 mins. I was charged an extremely high amount Rs. 240 ! Is it justified? Is there no fixed rate for the first few hours and then a parking fee per hour. Is there no cap to the amount one has to pay? I've never payed such a high amount in any mall in Delhi NCR ever! Request refund for the hefty amount charged. Thank you.

I have visited on 11th and charged Rs 100 from my Paytm wallet for parking, i was visited aroun 12.30 pm and left around 4.30 pm and its shocking to see such a huge parking amount. Whereas normall its charge Rs.30 for four hours. Please do the needful.

I was charged Rs.100 for parking on the Xmas Eve by shopper stop parking personal at Saket City walk Mall Delhi, is this valid under law to change the parking amount on a given day when the normal rates are Rs.30/- for 3 Hrs and thereon. Can we file a complaint against the same....
