As per the Agreement of Loan dated 17th April, 2000, an amount of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) was paid to the Self Marketing Pvt Ltd by a cheque drawn on Dena Bank, Dombivali East.Dist-Thane, Maharashtra. The Loan Agreement was in force for 15 years which has since been expired on 17 April 2015. As per the schedule annexed to the Agreement, an amount of Rs.29, 649/-(Rupees Twenty nine thousand six hundred forty nine only was due to be paid to me on expiry of the Agreement. I had informed about change in my address from Dombivali to Badlapur to both offices of the Manager, Self Marketing Private Ltd located at Dadar Mumbai by my registered letter dated 5th July, 2013. After expiry of the Agreement, I had gone to the offices of the Manager of the said Company to know the status about my matured loan. But to my surprise, the offices of Self Marketing Pvt Ltd located at 3, Shivsadan, R.K.Vaidya Road, Dadar (West) Mumbai and also at 308, Shamrock Building, R.B.S.K.Bole Road, Dadar (West) Mumbai were found closed. Now on 25 Jan 2020, I had sent a letter by Registered Post to the Director of Self Marketing Pvt Ltd, at 2nd floor, Bhosale-Shinde Arcade, J.M.Road, Deccan Gymkhana, Pune, Maharashtra - 411004 for payment of the amount of Rs.29, 649/- to me. It is now learnt today i.e.30/01/2020 from the website of the Indian Post that the registered item is Returned and Addressee Left without Instructions. I attach herewith a copy of the Loan Agreement for information and request you to look into the matter.

i have investment same amount in this company for five years .Only some month they send me intrest on my investment.after one years they not send
me cheque of intrest.
i am Enquri about this to my investment holder but they not give the any answer.i will also call this company office but not any reply to me.so please tel me what i do?
