I was using selloship for my business related shippings and my remittance they got Rs 105000 from the courier service than at the withdrawal time they blocked my account and I have called them why this has happened to me than they had told me that we got the complaints that you are shipping a clone device I had informed them that it's not a clone device they told me to submit CUSTOMERs recording, I have submitted them and product images also submitted, than they changed my parcel RTO address to their address which is in Surat and the parcel taken 1.5 months to deliver it to them their AWB number is[protected],[protected] &[protected]. But after receiving the item they are telling than in one parcel it was power bank I had told them to send me the images they are sending some another images and I was in contact with [protected] His name is Abhishek and he told me he his selloship relation manager something like that and from last 2 months I was talking with him and on 7th of September he told me sir we are processing your remittance on 9th of September and later on 8th September he is telling that we will not transfer the money and we will refund the money to CUSTOMER than I told him that's ok you can proceed with refund to my CUSTOMER and once proceed plz inform me to which CUSTOMER selloship had transferred the amount than he refused to give me the details and afterwards he is saying that we transferred you 1, 56, 000 just credit us back we will refund your CUSTOMERs I already informed him selloship is having my remittance of rs 1, 05, 000 with them than proceed with it if anything goes wrong from my side than I will take care and I am attaching the screenshot of the whatsapp chats kindly go through it and he blocked my number also as a respected company it's not the right way to block the CUSTOMER and talk like ### with the CUSTOMER and only they are telling this because they don't want to give that amount to anyone not interested to send the refund details to the CUSTOMER and demanding from me also the money, Don't use selloship never & ever if you are willing to do so because you will face major losses if your amount is more.
