We booked a twin sharing Room and paid 15000 as security deposit. They said 10000 is refundable in case of cancellation. But when I cancelled, they are saying it is only refundable in case I cancel within 15 days. This was not informed in advance and they are refusing to pay now. The hostel room will be rented out to someone else, so they're profiteering from fleecing customers like this. Please help.
