On 09.08.2021, SGS issued us a proforma invoice for USD 903.00

On 10.08.2021, we paid USD 903.00.

On 21.08.2021, we received a Tax Invoice #[protected] from SGS for USD 784.70.

It confirms that we had made an excess payment to SGS of (903.00 minus 784.70) USD 118.30.

But since 21.08.2021, SGS is not informing us when and how do...

The iso 9001 & iso 14000 certificates has been issued by sgs to a1 champdany industries and iso audit has been done by m/s ukas management...

I had provided 2 days training services on 29and 30 oct and a contract and po is released to enable me raise invoice.
Although an invoice was submitted, on 2 nov itself and subsequent follow up with mr. Sorabh kudtarkar several times, no response is there. My payment is still pending.
I am a freelance trainer making a living on such services. Denying payment is not only unethical but also inhuman, more so by a company preaching...

We send a sample of DCP for test Calcium & phosphorus to SGS GURGAON LAB.First We have received report through mail. Second time when we received it through courier it was shocking because the result of Phosphorus in courier report is differ from email report
Report was signed by Mr. Sandeep Kumar Tyagi in SGS (Agriculture, Food And life)& Both Report are based on same method i.e.IS 7874 (Part-II) : 1975 For Phosphorus test.
You are requested to take action in this regards because our supplier of DCP also contact to him before Courier the report.

This is Fraud with customer.You are requested to take action earlier action in this regards.

This has to inform you that we have paid the cash payment to your Gurgaon Office for Rs.2697/- on 18.05.2015 against your Proforma Invoice dated 18.05.2015 (copy attached for your reference).

Further again we have made the payment today after receipt of your Original Invoice as per payment instruction mentioned on your Invoice - CITI Bank account no. [protected] for Rs.2697/- vide NEFT No. OW/SAA27073031/SGS INDIA PVT LTD. from gardex OBC bank (copy of bank letter attached for your reference).

I was working in SGS India Pvt. Ltd. Gurgaon (Haryana) from where I resigned on dt.05/08/08. This is to bring to your notice that it has been more than nine months (till date) and inspite of my repeated request to the company for the settlement of my P.F. it is yet to be cleared by the same.

I shall be grateful if you would kindly look in to the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

Dear Sir,

I had left the SGS India Pvt. Ltd. Pune, (HO at Vikhroli Mumbai) in July.2008 and after that i was applied to withdraw the ammount from my pf account . I have completed all formalities for settlement of PF account. I have submitted the Form 10C for that & i got the acknowledgement from Thane PF on 08.12.08 through SGS Mumbai office.

But after 3-4 months back i dont have any feedback from PF office.br...

Dear Sir,
I have left the organisation SGS India Pvt. Ltd. Our office is in Vikhroli.
I cant trace out my settlement details. I have completed all formalities to withdrawal the payment.

My PF No. is: MH/[protected]

Our office got the acknowledgement of Form 10C from EPF Thane office dated 08.12.2008.
but i dont have recieved any payments from PF office.

Please do needful on the basis of my details.
