I have purchased one shakers chimney (Model - midas) in sep'2015, after sales service is very pathetic. Service person didn't turned after multiple call under warranty support. I have called paid service last week of feb'19 they charged me 600 for same.
Technician informed they will charge another rs. 450.00 for steel net to be changed and i informed to do the same next day but he didn't turned up and company executive called me stating...

Purchased one shakers classic chimney a year back. Very very after sales service. You have to call atleast 10 times for any response. They tend to cut the call whenever you ask any uncomfortable question. The oil vollector ( plastic container) got cracked automatically after 6 months o[censored]se. Following up with the comany since last 6 months for replacing it. After a long time a person came and asked Rs. 650/- for the container. Totally a fraud...

I have purchased one shakers chimney last year from shakers mansion, AC-141, Prafulla Kannan, Krishnapur, kolkata- 700101, but they have not provided any after sales service as per commitment of 3 service, everytime I need to call them at least 3 to 5 times and every time they promise to come but didn't turn up for free services and they are more interested on AMC renewal as 1 year will completed in sep'16

I purchased magnum 60 kitchen chimney from a authorised dealer of shakers chimney named 'raipur electronocs', salkia, howrah on 09/06/2016. The service person visited our home at howrah at 07:30 p.
