I had booked total 4 tickets of shan e himachal volvo operator from delhi to mcleodganj from paytm website 2 weeks before day of travel.
But I received cancellation message from the 'Shan e himachal volvo' operator on the day of travel.
Now when i checked again for bus tickets at paytm site, it was showing tickets available for the same operator at same time. How could be this possible if the bus has been cancelled.

We booked Shaan e himchal bus on Paytm on 12th December for 5:30 pm and paid 1420, for mcleodganj to Delhi. which was more compare to other bus services but thinking of delux bus we booked. Before 2 hours from departure time they informed us that bus will not start from mcleodganj and they will provide a pickup van till dharmashala, and they confirmed us that bus service going to be same. I booked a bus ticket through paytm on shan himachal Volvo travels on date of travel on 17 Oct 15 from new Delhi to rishikesh but while boarding I come to know that bus travels. Was changed to crown travels and they changed my seat how can they change from one travel to another I just booked my bus by seeing the rating of the travels and comforts of my seats I want right justification for this issue...
