Yet to complete registration after having received the complete amount. Pending from 2013 onwards....

Paid full money about 3 years ago, and there is no sign of site allotment, also office team is not responsive, and make customers run around for their share.
Earlier 30x50 was allotted and now they are saying, registration is not possible for 30x50 and we can allot 30x40, so what happens to the difference of area and its payment to customer, this is not clear, no clear communication and all i can say is please stay away from this builder. Looks to me they are frauds, and will shortly will pull them to court.
Also, they are charging additional amounts for registration of sites, so they are clearly looting customers hard earned money.

In 2013 I paid the full proceeds for allotment of a piece of land in the Vedic Village. So far the Trust has not allotted me the plot. On a visit to the Trust office at RT Nagar, Bangalore, I found may more distressed citizens who had also paid the full amounts to the Trust for purchase of land in the Village, and have been running from pillar to post since the officials at the Trust office are not taking due action.

STAY AWAY !!...
