Shanti Gopal Hospital Indirapuram Complaints & Reviews

My wife came to shanti gopal hospital on 21.10.2019 for dental treatment and shown to dr malvika jain. She did x - ray of the front teeth and said that rct has to be done. She did rct for one front tooth and asked her to come on 22.10.2019, and she did rct for the second adjacent tooth, while cleaning the tooth after rct she used sodium hypochlorite solution to clean the tooth, as soon as she injected the solution it travelled to the apex of the tooth and created profuse discomfort along with severe pain and swelling. We had pointed out the incident and she accepted that she had made a wrong treatment and also in addition she accepted that every year she makes one or the other such wrong treatment. We felt a shock of the life but we didn’t what to do.
At night she gave my wife pain killer, steroid and antibiotic (Ref prescription). We had shown her next day and she said that the swelling and pain will subside. Like this we came every day for five days (Ref prescription), but there was not much relief. We had to rush to metro hospital noida and referred the matter to doctor and he changed the antibiotic and advised to take for ten days. The pain and swelling subsided every day slowly, but the reaction of the sodium hypochlorite solution created an accumulation of puss on the left cheek, this was confirmed after mri which was done at metro hospital, noida (Ref report of mri). During the passage of time we had updated the situation to dr malvika jain and also the matter was brought to the notice of mr krishna opd coordinator and mr sajay pandey opd coordinator in front of dr malvika jain. Day to day appraisal was done to dr malvika jain with the help of whatsapp in her mobile number, we had sent all the prescriptions and also the mri report on 3.10.2019 but unfortunately we had not received any reply from dr malvika jain.
We had to consultant. Metro hospital dentist who has confirmed by taking x ray that the drilling has been done wrongly for the second tooth and it has gone beyond the tooth and the hypo solution has leaked into the mouth cavity and burned the inside bone and muscles. We are still under his medication and he said that the bone will take minimum 8 months to heal; it is similar to acid burn.
This entire situation revealed that dr malvika jain has done wrong treatment and not competent also do not bother for the mistake she has done and also extremely arrogant by nature who has given my wife pain, swelling and trauma for last 4 months. It is because of her negligence my wife is still suffering and under treatment.
Under such circumstance a strict action need to be taken against her by the hospital authority and matter be infirmed to medical association of india, in addition we want that the expenditure incurred so far to tackle the wrong treatment she had done which involves medicine, cost of rct, and also the cost of mri be reimbursed.
Such irresponsible doctor like malvika jain must be removed from shanti gopal hospital to restore the reputation of shanti gopal hospital, indirapuram so that no other patient faces such horrible experience and be the victim of wrong treatment by an incompetent doctor.

Hello everyone ….
I admit my nephew at the hospital at night around 11:00 pm, they start testing from top level to bottom level, dr. Mamohan saini referred us to this hospital (Child specialist) there doctor recommend us for icu and everyday they suggest for another new test, ato z they tasted but coudn't find the real problem they keep him in icu more then 4days but we didn’t get any setisfied result. Doctor mr. Mamohan saini said if you think that we didn’t doing well keep him 1, 2 more day in the icu, they satart increasing icu charge day by day, finally we understand the problem they doesnt care anything with the patient they only want make money.

Please if you love your nearest and dear one never go for this hospital. Not even any recommendation of any doctor like manmohan saini. I think they have fixed there comission with hospital
1. Unprofessional staff, they even dont know how to talk with patient. [mostly female staff, guards, ward boy/ woman/ girl]
2. No sapace for the relative and any other people who come with patient
3. All the time ask for deposite money, even every day they ask for money, very rude account department
4. No permanent doctor. Doctor come for 5 min from there clinic[personal business] doctor are like salesmen in this hospital they recommend there patient when they think they can make fool of there patient.
5. No care of patient, only they clean bed and patient when the relative will go to meet them in to icu, 11:00am and 7:00pm [only two time they clean the bed and patient]

I request you people please avoid this hospital you can ask everyone who taken treatment from this hospital are not satisfied.

Shanti Gopal Hospital - One of the worst behavior of the hospital staff you would have ever faced. They do not care about the patient. To add to that their bills are scary enough.

Never never go to Nursery of Shanti Gopal hospital. The nurses will give inhuman treatment. They only know how to give you a mouthfull....
