Sir, i purchased a flat from builder after two year of possession. Actually the landlord got his share from builder after build his apartment. I purchased from landlord. I don't know iam the first owner or 2nd owner. It's already 7th month passes still my society not issue my share certificate. What to do. They are demanding money 50, 000 to issue the share certificate. Please suggest me....

I am residing in my current residence since 1985 with my father, wife and children.my father had given an application to the society regarding transfer of flat in my name. and the maintenance receipt was also transferred in my name in 1995, but I was not aware about the share certificate. My father expired in 2002, now when I found that the share certificate still reflects my fathers name I wrote an application to the society for the transfer...

Issue of Share Certificate from RPL to CEL
i have 100 share of Rajshree Polyfil Limited(Folio No. RPS 378440,Certificate No. 621919,from [protected] to[protected] upon amanlgamation of RPL with Century Enka Limited(CEL),CEL company given me 5(five) share of CEL,in exchange of(RPL)(New Folio No. 0255890, Certificate No 427550 from 427550)but till i have not received CEL share certificate, So please issu me share certificate.I have registered u Original copy of RPL SHARE CERTIFICATE...
