we booked the second cylinder in the month of october and we got sms on 2nd april 2010 from sheela agency stating that your cylinder is ready come and collect with in 15days.when I went there they said please call and come after one week. from that day till today every time they say call after one week the stock is not there.If there is no stock why they have to give us sms to fool us. my customer number is 104239 and Bkg no 1438

Unnecessary delay in delivering gas cylinder
I booked for gas cylinder refilling on 15th Jan 2009 to Sheela Agency. Till date, 31st Jan 2009 it is not delivered. I visited on 24th Jan 2009 and enquired. They told bill was returned with Address not found. They also told the delivery auto driver will give "Missed Call" and I have to call back to guide him address.
But even prior to 24th or after 24th we did not get any call. The gas had been already delivered once to...
