Dear Sir,
My Self Naresh Ravindra Jadhav i have booked my flat last 10 yer back i booked 1RK in Karjat TMC -Sheltrax .
i have visited many time but not get any position proper date of position
this is very said that after waiting last 10 yers no update on Posstion and not sheltrax not even started Bulding work .
Can any one take the strong action on this matter .

I have taken 3 1rk flat in tanaji malusare project in karjat which now after 10 year is under sheltex it's very dispointing builder like sheltrex has still not give hand over of these flats. I would request please let me know if any progress is happening one this front as this has been long wait and i believe this is the same with all most all who bought flat in 2008. This is cheating i would request every one do not purchase any flat from sheltrex karjat they have lost the rust of people
