I, kalpana yadav booked 2 plot in shine city infra project ltd.. I have paid advance as token money rs 50, 000.00 and paid 69 installment @4000.00 i. E rs 2, 76, 000.00 total money 3, 26, 000.00

Plz help, provide possession or refund my money....

Sir is company se main 04/02/2014 ko shine vally me plot book kiya monthly 2000rs imie pay kiya bt 6th month se is company se koi contact nahi ho raha hai agent ko phone karta hu to phone nahi recive kar raha agent ka number [protected] nurul hoda warsi hai ab tak total 137000 pay kiya hu jiski recipt sab hain mere paas sir aap is fraud compny ke khilaf action lijiye aur hum jaise hajaron hain unki mony return karwaiye thanks...

My i'd - clvs470 and name is mahesh kumar tiwari, maine company me 350000 rs deposit kiya that quarterly rental payment par but 3quarrer payment ane ke baad rental payment nahi ayi hai aur principal amount 350000 me 50000 ka cheque mila that baki 6/1/19 ki ana thank but abhi tak nahi ayi hai aur agent phone nahi receive kar rahe hai please solve my problems immediately....

Mera plot no e2-07 pg & pssn - b 69 sunil kumar gaur& priyanka gaur hume all documents 6feb 19 ko office me deposit kar diya but hume abhi tak refunding k money nahi mila.. Mai bahut dino se office me j raha hu shine city k office staff bilkul cooperate nahi karta, mai army me sevarat hu aur muche money ki jarur at h pl meri help kare.. Apki mahan daya hongi... Thanks.....

Shine city ne rslp naam se plan launch kiya jisme maine 1 lakh and 50k rs laga diya jisme company ko mujhe 6500 20 month and uske baad 4 month 4500 rs incentive dena tha.. After 20 month mera 50k uske next 4 month baad mera 1 lakh rs wapas karna tha jiska muje pdc mil gaya.. Par mera monthly benifit wala payment 2 mahine se nhi aa rha.. Kya karu mai?...

With due respect I would like to inform that lucknow based MLM company sell unethical product called BUY BACK you can book a plot at xyz price & after 12 month we will return your money zzy price
So sir kindaly inquiry about the company what they do.

Its my kind request to you that please take legal action against them.
