I went to get a new connection to Shirdi Sai Indane Distributor. They asked me to pay the full amount of Cylinder plus connection. When I asked for the bill, they said they’ll give the bill with the cylinder. They said the cylinder will be delivered in 2 days. It has been 8 days now. Now the guy doesn’t even pick up the call. Their office number is also not responsive.
I see that there have been many complaints against this distributor on google and Consumer Forum, but it seems like Indane doesn’t care one bit about its consumer and doesn’t take any action against such dealers.

    Hi Team,

    I am an indane gas consumer - [protected] for domestic purpose by the distributor shirdi sai indane gas agency in bangalore. I have booked a refill and it's more than 3 weeks they do not deliver the cylinder and more importantly when i call to there office located in Domlur they do not pick the calls. I went to the gas godown to get a cylinder and all the time it is closed.

    The refill is booked on 4th of november with ref no.[protected] and i got message on the same day saying it's delivered with invoice number[protected]. The cylinder is not delivered and i cannot reach to the delivery person named karthik [protected] even after calling multiple times. Also the Agency shirdi sai indane gas is not answering the calls located at domlur on these numbers - [protected], [protected], [protected].

    I raised a service request on 15 th november and the number is[protected] and i don't know what is the status of it. really require to get to know what else i should do as a consumer to get the basic need of a cylinder to get it delivered.
