We are residents of Surtabai chawl, Dhobhi Ghat, Malad East which has been handed over to Mr Devendra Pandey for redevelopment under SRA. It has been since many years we havent been paid rent. Even he hasnt allotted us our home. We are paying rent from our own pocket since last 5 years. He even asked us to forcefully agree that he has paid the rent and there are no outstanding dues.
