Respected Sir/Mam,
we use Indane gas cylinders which are provided by Shiv Shakti Gas agency. We always book it on time and ideally we are supposed to get the refill within 5-6 day. But inspite of several reminders we ar not getting the home delivey of the gas cylinders for almost a month or even more time so finally we have to the agency and get it ourselves. At times the people responding to the phone calls are very rude and most of the times they do not pick up the phone calls. Thy is no consistant person sitting there to receive the phone calls which creates confusion, sometimes they book the no. again and tell us that you will not get two-two cylinders in a month. Please do something about it.

    I had booked my Bharat gas cylinder through Internet booking on 28.6.2010 but till dated no cylinder has been delivered i.e. 19.7.2010. In internet booking delivery status they have mentioned that cylinder was delivered on 2.7.10 on inquiry from the gas agency, the agency mentioned that we will deliver the cylinder tomorrow and on 15.7.10 they mentioned that my date of booking is 15.7.2010 and they, EAT MY CYLINDER BOOKING OF 28.6.10, cylinder will be delivered on 17.7.10 but no cylinder is delivered till date.
    They are doing this thing again and again please concerned authorities may look after matter of that agency my Gas connection No. is 6169 with Shiv Shakti Gas Service1/10, Shop No. 3, Indra Vikas Colony, Delhi - 110009.

    I have booked lpg cylinder on 31.12.10 and even remind for its delivery 2-3 times personally in the office. They are not picking even phone while i tried to make the request. The delivery man of the gas agency always sell the cylinders to the private shopkeepers who used to refill the cylinder in the small 5kg cylinders on a very high price. The attitude of the employees of the agency is very rude and they are not gave any satisfactory reply. I request them on 14.1.11 as to why the cylinders was not delivered till date but they have not given any reply and just told me that the cylinder will be delivered within 2-3 days.

    Dear sir,

    I had Booked for the refilling of LPG cylinder consumer no. 17010 in the name of Manager Gupta on dt. 02/02/2011 on the internet

    but after some when I was checking for reference no. it showed cylinder was delivered which is not true.

    Kindly help me as soon as possible.
