It is to inform you that i have purchased a new bike MT-15 Yamaha from M/s Shiva Motors Authorised dealer of India yamaha Motors Pvt. Ltd. on 12.11.2020 vide bill no. 7179.
In this regards, it is stated that after purchase my bike i have requested to the owner and authorized person of the M/s Shiva Motors that i need a special number which is suggested by my family. They advised me to go to the Transport Department, Govt. of NCT of Delhi regarding the vehicle registration number. On 13.11.2020 i went to the Transport Deptt. and i buy a new number i.e DL3SES5100 and i have spent Rs. 2500/- for this purchase (copy attached). In this connection it also informed you that after my conversation with the dealer i have provided the new vehicle number of my bike which provided by the authority. Now they are not registered my number and provide me a different number i.e DL5SCN6678. This is very disappointed and worst thing is that they also demanding the money for this number. Sir i have requested that i need only this number which issued by the transport deptt. to me. So it is therefore requested to you please consider my case and try to reslove my problem as early as possible. Because due to number the traffic police always stopped to me and force to challan. I am having a car cruz ltz atoumatic car no: DL6CJ 9521 which is regularly goes to service in shiva motors sahibabad . I never goes for service any where else and my car always service on schduel .
on 13 april i send my car for service and that was the regular service . service adviser Mr. VINOD of shiva motors made the job card in the afternoon he called me that some kind of small leakage in gearbox and small part will be change . i told him to change the part but the part was not available l with them they said we have to order it will come in 3 to 4 days but its comes after 7 days and i got my car back on 20 april evening with the payment of 25000 thousand next morning i start a car and went some where the car stop and not moving at all it was 11 o clock in the morning . I toe my car and send it again to shiva motors .
know today 24 april and they still don;t know what happen to the car and being a regular cliant of authorised service station . i dint know what to do because if in chevorlet service station dont know what is the fault in the car where i should go for repair and these people are charging heavy amount to mantain the car . you can check with my billing deta in the company .

Car dl7ck 7992 was given for service and was not having or advised any problem on 29 / 9 / 2015 and was not facing any problem in running car.But i noticed after delivery on same day that car is jerking while running. I took car on 30 / 9 / 2015 and have been told after 4 hours of waiting that some parts throtal engine assembly costing rs 15500 / needs to be changed.I fail to understand why jerking problem started during service. They just want to force the part on me

I got servicing of my car from shiva motors, It was running fine at that time. After that there was heating problem. i went to Shiva motors since I had purchase from there only. The guy (Aroop) told me that there is heat up problem and they charged Rs.4000. After 4 days they returned the car and now since they had open the staring there was wheel balancing problem. The problem was not yet solved, Mr. Aroop told that your AC will not work because there is problem in cooling coil and the coil pipe cost Rs. 6500 other than cost of labor and AC gas cost. I asked the manager and he told that what can we do. There was nopick and drop facility. I asked them not to do anything. Then I went to other chevrolet centre and it was told that there is nogas and cooling coil is perfect. the gas was also taken out by shiva motors because earlier it was running fine.

What action should be taken because there manager is also involved.

But my Financial Institution i.e.CITI FINANCIALCOMSUMER FINANCE INDIA LTD. says that I have paid all my debts on 28/2/2009.
And they have posted or mailed the information in this regard to your organisation. The reference no. of information is 4022790.
So kindly check & update my database in this regard.

As I have applied to new education loan from SBI Bank BAREILLY.
The due date for submitting the college fees of my son is near.So it will be a great help if you update my status and send me the fresh updated Cibil Report.

my car tata indica model 2004 got accidented near jaipur city, that was inssured with united inssurance,, I took it to a motor garage "shiva motors " teen dukan ,dher ka balaji,sikar road,jaipur, rajasthan.
after 20 days my car was ready to take,,, i paid him Rs.58,000/- for the repairing charges & parts..
i got my car,
after running approx 100 k.m. i felt some problem with car. then i went to one tata authorised service centre to cross check the parts fitted by shiva motors. tata centre told me that so many parts were just repaired by shiva motors but as per shiva motors thay were replaced by gunuine parts.
i argued with shiva motors for the same,but he is not hearing my problme. please guide me what to do ??
