Sir, I have invested with subject scheme in shivaji estate live stock in 1998 and maturity date was 18.11.2013. I'm not received any amount back.
Pls helpe me to get money back

The contact numbers given on the invested documents of the company are invalid, how to contact, due to due date but no reply.

Please note that my family had invested as under:

1. Certificate No. 17285 - 15, 000 on 12/03/1997 for Units 19765 to 19769. Not received the maturity amount as yet, we are in 2021 now.

I invested rs.3000 in 1998 and I was payable the amount in 2013. Which is not yet received

I had invested a amount of 3000/- in year 1998, with the maturity period of 2013 but till date i haven received the amount back.

My father has invest Rs. 3000 in above mentioned company for 15 years and it due was on 09/08/2012, but still we didn’t receive any money from company. We wrote a letter to company but no response from them and their all numbers on documents are not reachable. We don’t know what to do for this, so we are complaint herewith. We request you sir please do the needful and help us to back our money. My Grandfather Name is Sardarmal Jain. He had invested Rs.3000 in September, 1999.
Certificate No.is 0799MT15010293.
Amount Invested Rs.3000 and maturity value in year 2014 was supposed to be Rs.27315.

My mother had invested in the company in the year 1996 and was promised of the leisure within years but it has been 25 years now and there’s not a single response from the company yet .

Dear Sir,
I had invested Rs.3000/- as a principal amount on dated 10.3.1998 in following Vanashree Scheme of Shivaji Estates Live Stock & Farms [SELF] company. Allotted certificate No. 0398VAN020492 which maturity amount was of Rs.74, 343/- . According to above scheme of company's prescribed rules and regulations, the maturity amount of Rs.74, 343/- has to be disbursed me, after completion of 15 years i.e. 10.03.2013. However, till date I have not received any single penny. After maturity date i.e. 10.03.2013, once I had visited at their office address of Dadar west, Mumbai where I couldn't find their existence at all. It was learnt that the company has made fraud and wind-up and ran away.

Therefore, you are requested to kindly take my complaint against M/s Shivaji Estates Live Stock & Farms [SELF] company and give me justice by settling my account...I will submit relevant documents if needed which were issued to me at initial time of dealing contract.

We had invested in scheme F of the company where the initial investment amount was Rs. 3, 000/- which was invested on 18/04/1998.. The maturity was after 15 years which is 17/04/2013.. But till date I have not received any amount.. The share certificate no is 0298VAN018410. All let us know the process how to claim refund by legal heir since both the nominee and the person who had invested have expired.. Kindly refund the amount.
