I ordered for two sets of high waisted yoga pants (eight pieces each) and only one box reached me with four pieces of terrible looking underwear- no shorts. I paid 1700 rupees for this and I have nothing. How do I get my money back? And why the hell is instagram showing ads for this?! Please help

Wrong product delivered

Above item was ordred online Face book vendor site but seller supplied plastic folder worth Rs.50-00 against order for Rs 799-00.this site is fraud and cheat.advise people to stay away from ordering through face book as vendors appear fake, no address, and no response from so called customer care no.[protected]
courrier Xpreeebees if contacted by consumer forum SHOP INDIA details can be available i.e.location etc and action through police can be taken to trace such fake sellers

Myself debasish paul. I have an axis bank credit card. I received a call today dt.06/10/17, 06.00pm from the number the [protected]. The executive lady told me that he was calling from axis bank card verification dept. As she i almost exceed 10000 redeem point in my card and against that axis bank need to dispatch a self cheque of rs.4k and a shopping voucher of rs.5k to my home address. For that the need the details of card and against i have provided the card details and otp which was sent from axis bank at one97 com. The attached screen short for your information.
After that they told me that this call will be transferred to dispatch dept. For address verification and they transferred the same to dispatch dept. There i cam to know that they will send me some of shopping voucher of rs.24999 and this amount will be directly deducted from my account. I said know, i don't want this. The concern person suggest me that, if you want to cancel this please talk to our branch manager mr. Ashok sharma having cell no.[protected]. I immediately talk to him and requesting for cancellation. But mr. Ashok told me that he can help and trying cancel of amount rs.15k out of rs.24999. Rest rs.9999 values of shopping voucher will be ship to my address. If within 10days the same will not delivered or not received in good condition, then the total amount will be return to my account.

At the same time i came to know that rs.9999 was deducted from my credit card at the mobile wall. Attached screen shot for your information. At the same time i also received a call from[protected] this number. He told me that, a online transaction has been made from your axis credit card, if you wish to cancel this, please call your merchant to inform axis bank to cancel the transaction. Since from i was tried to contact on [protected] and [protected]. But not getting any response. At the same time i was inform axis customer care number and lodge a complaint against fraud transaction and block card against request number 34492712.
