I am a seller on shoppe.in. Really they not keeping their words what they say. I have sent two customers their real products what they had ordered but in return those cheaters had sent me useless broken wrong swapped items keeping my products with them..when i had requested shopee to provide my claim amount for both the orders although i have sent all the profs of order packing video and also return parcel opening video still they had rejected my claim and provided refund to those cheaters customers...i face loss. and shoppe did not supported my.. i am selling on other portals also but this is my worst experience with shoppe..please sellers be aware of such kind of acts of shopee as they are not provide you any compensation or claim amount so sellers has to ONLY FACE LOSS..

Shopee has not been helpful in processing the refund requested stating the product status shows completed as there was no option to place a return request for this product... Order id : 220123GPCCQJ5P, on jan 22nd ordered, received and return the product on 31st jan itself. so far seller named TECHDELIVERS playing games by not providing refund. also complained shopee and the case is under review process for prolong and no proper report and no refund provided so far. i do not know how long they gonna review this issue.
refund of 142rs from shopee to me is not done and creating too much trouble and disappointment. kindly take action and provide refund. worst experience from shopee.
money guarantee is not in shopee for sure.

I have ordered and oneplus wireless z bluetooth neckband from the shoppe website and I get it delivered on 1st December 2021 5:12p.m. but the product I received is completely different from the order I placed and the company is not giving refund or replacement and there is showing cancelled by shopee system but I haven't cancelled my order I make payment through phonepe QR scanner

I believe that it's not professional at all to play with your customers and wasting their times and money and energy, what kind of customer service who's not replying to the customer since 5 days ago, and i returned the product since almost 3 weeks (Since 23 of october 2018) but till now i didn't get my refundable amount.

What kind of company you are?? What kind of customer service you have!??? 😠😠😠

You are making people life's measurable and giving them headache and inconvenience only, and you are wasting their time and there energy!!! Don't forget that customer whose paying your salaries, so you should get more training about how to solve cases without letting customers chasing you and giving them headache.
