I ordered online a "bose soundlink s2025 bluetooth speaker", order no:7663 received on december 4th, 2017, with rs.3299/- which is a defective product absolutely useless with a very poor sound quality and to return this product i am calling on the given number [protected] for which there is no response and also kept mail to [protected]@shopingdeal.in
For which there is no response due to this i am making a complaint to you please do the needful...

Me suchith c ravanikar had ordered a bose bluetooth speaker on 7th october 2017 but on 17th october 2017 i have received a courier through dtdc regarding the above subject order. Once i opened the box the product was not the same as mentioned in the product specification as b. O. S. E. The product which got delivered is some cheap chinese brand or i should no brand. I have written couple of mail to these guys and also tried to reach by phone...

The website announced bose soundlink ii mini bluetooth speakers and what was delivered was cheap chineese soundlike ii mini.

Now, no one available on phone [protected] to make the complaint

Please help me in return and refund
