The sarree supplied by Shopio which they described as yellow coloured traditional printed silk sarree was totally different and appears as a cheap synthetic sarree. They sold it for Rs. 1145 inclusive of GST. But the sarree is worth only RS 100/- or Rs. 200/- It is totally a fake or a duplicate one. Saree Order no. SS[protected].Made an order for one sarree on 31.10.18 at 4.59 p.m. Received on 07.11.18. evening around 4pm....

I got to know about this site via Facebook as there was a ad of Shopkio shopping site and ordered a saree priced Rs.1040/- . That saree supposed to be made of silk with embroidered border but I received a very cheap quality printed saree. When I applied a return request as it was applicable for return but they didn't reply a single word. I mailed thrice but got no reply from them. I noticed everyone who got cheated with them, complaining...

I want to share one of my worst online shopping experience from the shopkio online site 3 weeks back i have ordered saree from the site shopkio, and yesterday i got the saree which i have ordered... But i was extremely heartbroken for the product i have received because it was entirely different from the ordered pic of saree that i have booked. Then the worst part is that the sarees might worth 100 to 200 range only, and the quality of material...

I bought saree from shopkio. There were two sarees for the total cost of 1565. The quality was not that as it was shown in the photo. As per the agreement there was the refund policy for the product. When i received the product on seeing the bad rough quality of the cloth i asked the company to return the product on the ground of its poor quality but the company denied to refund the product....

I recently ordered a saree from shopkio. It was very different from the image with poor quality and design. I raised a return request where i got a mail stating that you cannot return the product and use the product as it is as they are not received any other complaints of return. They are not ready to take returns or give refund to you. There is no one to answer the calls as well. They are big time cheaters....

I Have purchased a saree in Shopkio.com, I have received a different product than displayed in the website. So i have contacted shopkio.com customercare and they have asked me for the reference number. Now after submitting all the details they are not responding for taking the product back. Please help me in the refund of money.

I ordered one saree, after opening that found it's not the same which is there in there portal. So on the same time i placed to return but i guess the are cheater as u cn see above comments too. They are not repling so please dnt buy anything from that site. Also if anyone knows the solution for this please let me know. Reqyest all customer to post ur feedback as more as possible so no one else ll be cheated again....

I ordered a dress material from shopkio.com worth Rs. 1124. The product I received was of very low quality which is not worth for 1124. I returned back their parcel and they promised to refund my money back in 7 working days but it's been more than 15 days still I didn't receive my money and also they are not even replying to my mail. Totally cheated please help me to get back my money...
