The delivery executive is charging more money from the customer when the bill is 572 is charged 620 by the customer. When i asked to the delivery executive he told its service charge for delivery. So give extra 50rs to come on time.
And he is asking for poor people by 👿 rude. When the poor people asked why you are charging more. The delivery executive talking by rude. So please 😫🙏🙏 take this complaint

refusal to change the consumer name.
we have submitted all the necessary documents as per the agency norms which includes the death certificate of my brother mr.joseph. along with the acknowledge to the deputy director of food and civil supplies. this was done in order to renew the name and release of the block lpg consumer no.6967 once in 2012 and again in 2013. but till date there has been response from the agency and when approached regarding the same; we are met with constant dissaproval with unnecessary insults . this is the harsh reality. waiting for ur response.

Non registration of booking

Dear Sir / Madam,
This is to inform you that I am a consumer of Bharat Gas .My consumer no. is 50499. My area distributor M/s Shravan Gas Agency does not take booking of Gas even though we take gas only once in a month. They argue and return the booking request. It has become a menace. They ask us to book only after completion of one month from the last refill date and they would deliver in not less than 15 days. It means we have to wait for 45 days to get the refill done. When we said that we would file a complaint to consumer forum. They said they never care. Please suggest us what to do..Can we change the Distributor.

Inordinate Delay and Strongly Suspect Foul Play / Black Marketing / Short Charging
We come under the Bharatgas distributors - Shravan Gas Services, CBI Road, RT Nagar, Bangalore-32.
Not only us, but all the subscribers in our area have not one but many problems with their pathetic service
1. First of all it is a tedious task to book a refill as getting through the busy or unanswered phone lines is in itself a miracle.
2. As a standard, they would say the refill would take 10-12 days, but as expected there will be no signs of delivery even after 20-25 days and one need to follow up with several reminder calls
3. When you remind the people is when you get the real shocker. Their records indicate we have already taken delivery of the cylinder some 10-15 days back, and they express surprise that the cylinder has not reached us. They offer to book cylinder again or promise to deliver the same day.
4. After step 3, If you are lucky, the delivery person would knock on you within 1-2 days, of course he has no bill or identity. He would simply say, the bill is left in the godown or office or just stay mute with a sheepish smile. Further, we have to pay up whatever the person quotes without even seeing the bill.
5. The delivery persons are apparently hand in glove with the agency staffers in diverting the genuine consumer bookings to commercial use via black market. The delivery person would further insist on taking the refill order directly on his mobile instead of we having to go through the pain of calling the agency office, of course he would charge an extra amount without bill.
6. Now, what is the guarantee that a cylinder without a bill or coming from the hands those involved in black marketing is filled to capacity.There are obvious chances of short charging the consumer of 2-3 kgs lesser which would easily fetch Rs.100-150 in the black market, and there are so many illegal gas vendors openly using domestic LPG for autorickshaws and small gas-stoves.
I wonder how a reputed public sector company like BPCL is unaware of the illegal happenings at their dealerships despite repeated complaints in these consumer forums, or they just turn a blind eye as they them selves are being benefitted by these dealers offering the company supervisors handsome kickbacks.
I wonder how do we get justice or we just go on venting ire online??

Irresponsible Staff and Cylinder delivery issue
I am facing lots of problems several times with Bharat Gas Agency – SHRAVAN GAS SERVICES # 693, 7TH Main, CBI Road, R.T Nagar, Bangalore 560 032.
1. First of all they have 5 phone lines which is always busy, if i get connected, feel very lucky.
2. Now the delima starts, i am being told that cylinder will get deliverd 10-11 days, now it has completed 25 days, yet i have not received. I have personally visted the office not less than 5 times, every time i am being told that in 0.30 mins. cylinder will be at my house. yet it has not reached.
Suggestion to Shravan Gas Services : Please ... close your shop and stop fooling the people, you can't run a business. better sell chat pakoda on thella with your wife and kids.
