Myself Gaurav Jain from M/S Susan Electricals India Pvt Ltd ( Delhi) & I Had Supplied Material to M/S Shree Adinath Industries in alwar on year[protected] &[protected]. Sir before they made our payment on Regular Basis through Rtgs from Pnb Bank Alwar but after period of time they stopped make our payments, they Stopped payment of all our Pdc checks & also they closed there PNB Account on year 2014. We have also account in PNB Bank that is why we cant abled to make Check Bounce also. Sir we have asked so many times to make our payment but they are always ignoring us & threat us on Phone. Finally we have Decide to go High Court in Delhi against Fraud case done by M/S Shree Adinath Industries( Alwar) with all legal Evidence ( like - PDC Checks, Purchase order, "C" Form issued by sale tax department & Excise invoice copy, Transporters copy & payment schedule etc. Sir we have Attach Legal evidence along with this mail which they are as follows:- 1) PDC Check From PNB Alwar. 2) Purchase orders. 3) 'C' Form issued Sale tax Department ( Strong Evidence). 4) Voice Recorded of Mr Prateek Jain against false commitment of payment. 5) Audited Ledger Report From CA. 6) Excise/Voice Department Notice to Shree Adinath Industries against payment due.
