I have booked a bus ticket to travell from ballia to delhi on shri rishabh bus operator. But during journey bus break oil got leaked so it is stopped at agra lucknow express way which is about 80 km from lucknow (stopped at km 237 mark) at 3:15 am. Bus stoped at this place for more than 6 hours. When travellers ask about the maintenance, the on board staffs get angry and started using harse words. They said that we have call the mechanic but they are not coming. Here my concern is that just because of a small fault about the break oil leakage which require hardly 5 to 10 minutes work they do not have arrangements. Even though they do not have break oil so that they can fill and move. Because of there misarrangement many passengers suffered for more than 6 hours which leads to our whole day work loss. So, I request you take action on this.
