The biggest fraud company for personal loans or any kind of loan

These people call me up for a loan and promised me 4% interest rate annually and 40% subsidy and there after they asked me to pay a sum of 3000 for the ca fees in order to make my file after which i paid them the amount and then they came to me saying that i need to pay rtgs insurance fees of rs 25700 as i was not having the amount i asked them to cancel my loan and refund me the ca charges which they promised me that they would refund it if my loan does not get approved for any reasons.
