I have purchased JCB through Shriram Transport Finance Company on 3rd march 2011. I had deal with Mr Birendra Deo (STFC Bhagalpur Branch) for rate of interest of loan and the deal was finalized at 8% P.A. But when they have given the document,I found rate of interest is 9.45910 % P.a.
Regarding this i have sent lot of mails but no response from STFC. I have recording of discussion.Kindly help on this issue and take action...
