`I have a loan on my Mahindra super (up51at2133) Loan Amount was 130000 miss lead has been started from the very first day ( Feb 2020) rate of interests was told me 13% no late payment and term and condition were told me your agent Budha Sagar took a signature more than 100page and not allowed to read me that that was impossible to read also During a pandemic, they told me that no late payment and interest will be taken for those months but it showing in the account I was unable to pay because of this situation the last installment which I paid on 19/03/21 and on 25/04/21 they hold my car in Faizabad without receiving and call or SMS or any warning related to due instalment my loan amount was 130000+28693(insurance)(which they for me to take from them ) for 23month I already paid more the 70000 and Yout outstanding is still showing 130000 and Your Collection manager julfikar in barabanki branch are now asking (7000)+parking for my holding my car | and misbehaving giving these kind of statement that we will not your vehicle We will Sell it Out and You are a defaulter waste my Whole day making me sitting in branch kindly help me out in this situation as soon as possible because that is the only car from which I can earn and feed my family now last month i meet an accident they also take the whole claim for loan without taking my confirmation now a situation is i am not able to repair my vehicle and they are not give and settlement amount in genuine way and increasing duration for %If I have to take any step so definitely I will take it if I will not get Any kind of a satisfying solutions thanks

I have taken a transport loan from shriram transport finance, mettupalayam road branch, coimbatore. Loan no - coim[protected], today morning one collection executive name. George came to my residence for collection of installment, i told him i will be paying in the evening or tomorrow after hearing this he got tough shouting and threatening me saying i will lift you, kill you come to the road i will see who you are, go to local police station make a complaint, i will see what happens i am from shriram finance we have got influence in police our company will spend more than you and we will collectthe same from you since your vehicle mortgaged with us. Regarding the matter i complaint to the branch manager mr. Parthiban he told kindly pay the due, i cant help regarding this matter.

I have been deposited in fixed deposit scheme under Shriram Transport Finance Company Limited. They said that FD Rated "FAAA/Stable" by Crisil and FD Rated "MAA+/with stable outlook" by ICRA in application form in their website. (http://www.stfc.in/deposits.aspx).
Hence, I want to know that
1) is that safe to deposit in FD of STFC Ltd.
2) should I withdraw the deposited amount immediately.
3) is this company registered under SEBI.
4) is it chit fund or black listed company by SEBI.

The deposit matured in June and we did not receive the money in the account post maturity of the deposit.On contacting the team at Shriram they mentioned that we have to sign certain documents. This too after multiple follow ups.
We asked them why they did not inform us about this before and why we required to follow up. The customer care informed us that they sent us a written intimation. We asked for the Proof Of Delivery of this written intimation.
They could not provide the same. This was given to us in writing.
Citing that they do not have a record of intimating us with the process of withdrawal and normally once a deposit matures the proceeds should automatically be credited to the account we feel cheated for the months and have lost nearly Rs 25000/- as interest. I would rquest people not to invest their hard earned money with this company.

Dear Sir, As I mentioned above, I have applied for the personal loan in your bank for this I have submitted all the required documents on this Monday on 14.09.2015. Since then I didn't get any call from the bank executives or from the officials. For this matter I have called the bank today 4 times on[protected] but they haven't lifted the phone, I need to know whether my loan was approved or rejected. Kindly provide me the details of loan. dear sir I have taken loan of amount 4 lacs for my second hand tripper truck no.-jh09G 9714, finance from shriram transport finance company limited. for that they had committed 12% interest rate, as I am illiterate the company agent had charged RS 20,0000 as their own charge and taken my signature on blank paper and said don't worry interest would be only 12% but now when my son came from Chennai and start calculating the, interest rises upto 14.08%,we went to the office several time but they refused to solve it. and said we cant do anything as the company agent had left the company and you had signed on agreement. then I call the agent on his number, he said I didn't left the company I am still working in other branch, he assured me that I will solve the problem and now he is not receiving my number. i am facing too much problem sir please help me.for this act of kindness I shall be ever gratefull to you.

I have taken loan amount of Rs 4 lac from shriram transport finance company limited 2 years ago. for that they had issued the credit card without my knowledge and day by day they are charging money for that, as I never used the credit card. i have complaint to the office several time before but they had refused to my word as I am illiterate, so I request you to resolve my problem as soon as possible, as I am facing too much problem.

I have deposed a sum of Rs. 25000.00 in Sriram Finance on 18th april 2006 for 14 months in Faridabad. Maturity value was 16650+11100 to be paid on dated 18th june 2007, but they again reinvested this amont for 12 months and maturity date kept on 18th oct. 2008 Rs. 19413 +13311 .Total amont was 32724.00 which they had to pay me on dated 18.10.2008. When i contected them in Faridabad office to Mr. Naresh , he said we have allready sent the cheques to you by coriour . I told him i have not received , i went to office on dated 19.02.2009 , he and Mr. Bansal (Incharge Faridabad Office) told me deposite Rs. 300/- more and and we will continue the policy from the same date i gave him a application along with Rs. 300/-. But when i received bond that was again cheated from their side . Applicable from 28.02.2009 of Rs. 33000/- and the maturity value was 36993.00 for the period one year i.e, 28.02.2010. Till date i have not received my money back. When i contect the staff they have refused to give and told me (Ham kya kare nahi mili to) . My certificate no. is 4596192 Folio no. NJ006327 dated 28.02.2009, At last once again i checked with Mr. Manoj also, he also refused and talked with me very badly.
I would like to inform speccialy to Mr. Arun Duggal Chairman of the co. , Are you people giving services to your customers like this .Neither you informed to any body for the maturity nor sent a maturity cheque .
We don't have time to collect maturity in your office after begging . By the way the attitude of the staff .................is very bad. I would request to Mr. Arun Duggal please return my money with interest from the date of commencement @ 12%. as earliest.
