Shypmax is a fraudster. Shypmax has lost more than 50 packets and not returning our 33K lying in their prepaid account.

They have no control on shipments and dont deliver to customers and not even return them back.

Don't trust them as myself and many friends have suffered huge losses.

So many mails written to owner Nisschal Jaain owner of Shypmax are without any response. He has duped so many customers like us.

My issue and payment pending are still rs 8920.94/- 24th july 2023 and two orders missing[protected] single |[protected]

I want to prepaid money back in my bank account i am not continuing to use your shipping services.
I wrote my complaint and issue so many times but did not receive a proper reply, answered for one month more and again and again extended for the solution.
Sorry for that, so please close my account and return my payment with two parcel costs with courier charges
As soon as urgent. Already seven months have gone by to request my money back.
Your support number is not working and does not respond on whatsapp and mail why? I don't know why my account show suspended???
I would like all replies and solutions. The waiting time has already gone i wrote my issue last july 2023 but i haven't received any solution.

Two of my international shipments were not delivered afteer months of pickup. No status update. Multiple followups on calls and mails, but no relosution. I had to refund the money to my irate customers because of non delivery of their orders. I had requested SHYPMAX to return the shipments

1. SHPMX[protected] (Product value 215USD) - Return Still not returned. Status still showing held in customs.
2. SHPMX[protected] (Product Value 111 USD) - The status is still showing Air cargo assigned since 29th Aug. No update on whether it is in India or US. I had requested for RTO.

Please help in getting my products/ my money refunded. There is no escalation matrix available at Shypmax. Just a support emailid and the cc number.

Parcel was booked from Bangalore to Limerick, Ireland on May 9th' 2023. Parcel is still missing. No update from Shypmax. Worst service

Shypmax is a fraud company. Tracking no SHPMX[protected] delivered at SHYPMAX warehouse on[protected] and not yet shipped past three weeks they were assuring about FRIDAY this week they have once again asked us to trust their words they will connect it on THURSDAY. I strongly feel shypmax team has lost my shipment. I said them if they are not shipping the shipment by Thursday they need to share a pic of my package. But now they are asking couple of more days and wants us to trust them. Tracking id SHPMX[protected] was delivered on[protected] at shypmax warehouse and[protected] the status is updated as "Not received at Shypmax warehouse". On calling the support team Anupama is just hanging the call by saying that we are facing Technical issue, operational issue and custom issue. Shypmax company itself is a very big issue. No response all packages are been hold or lost by them and no response from the support team. They are very good at fake promises

Is has been more than 40 days, the packages are not delivered to my clients.

All the shipments are held somewhere and there is no movement.

I claimed for refunds as delivery timeline has been crossed but there answer was that shipment is yet not declared as lost. Its not one packet but approx 6-8 shipments.

They are not ready to refund me nor providing delivery updates. Please do not work with this company

Now there are 2 packages not arriving.
Shypmax claimes they can't verify me as the receiver.

They keep charging the sender for shipping and then claim no one by my name is claiming the packages.

Any questions from me are responded in the same way. Contact the seller. No help from shypmax is offered to solve the situation.

Very disappointing

Its almost 50 days a Italy parcel was booked...Till date the parcel not delivered and do not even bother to revert back to customers.
after 2 weeks of booking I asked till date you have not delivered parcel...after my followup they then have done a fake delivery and shown the parcel delivered...and when I complained them that the parcel has not been delivered and why its showing delivered...then after couple of days again the parcel is in transit and all mentioning all kinds of fake remarks like Customer address is improper...Customer contact is not available...
Again after followup they say its been delayed the consignee has not done self collect from the office...so new air way bill has to be generated and charges will be applicable...Its a totally fraud company they know how to mint money from customers and how to do harassment of customers...I will urger each one not to give any business to shypmax.

All parcels delayed and received in extremely damaged condition by my CUSTOMERs. I had to suffer financial loss, mental trauma because of all this. There is no resolution provided by the company. One parcel is stolen which had a real gold and real diamond ring in it. When I asked for HELP in their SUPPORT section that ### company suspended my account. Now I am not able to CONTACT them. These guys should punished by Govt.

Totally fraud company, never ever trust these fraudsters. My COD remittance of 71000 was supposed to be remitted by them on 15 June. Today is 10 August and they have still not remitted any penny. Every time I ask them they say by next week it will get initiated and provide flimsy excuses such as their server is not working, their authorized signatory is not present etc etc. It looks like they are here just to dupe people of their hard earned money. I have dropped them more than 50 mails and have called more than 15 times but every time they come up with some new excuses and again ask to wait for 1 more week. Never ever trust them. I am regretting of switching to them from other reputed companies. If you don’t want the same stay away from them. I am now going forward with fraud case against these looters in court.
