We have paid Rs.31000 towards booking of a Bungalow in Siddha Suburbia on 17th of April '22, as per agreed terms in writte, n the booking amount is completely refundable if the booking is cancelled within 3 days i.e. by 20th of April.

Due to some personal reason we had to cancel the booking and as per process we intimated the authority via email on 20th of April, and the story begins here.

The authority is playing a dumb character, they are hardly replying to mails, or giving any proper communication.

If at any moment they pick up the calls we gather to know that he/she is not the concerned person who takes care of refund etc.

We have documentary evidence in support of our statement.

I guess we have taken the correct decision by cancelling the booking, if this is what their customer service is all about, god knows what is in store for those who have trusted them with their investment.

REGISTRATION OF FLAT
Siddha Galaxia phase II, BLOCK - PHX 704. Kolkata. Registration done on 04.10.2021 but no information received of IGR till date. 3 times mail sent but no response. Talk several times, but no one bother to give correct status. Also more than 53000 Registration fee paid excess, still not refunded

I had applied for a flat in Siddha Suburbia Baruipur by RS 51000 but cancelled by writing email to the sales person within 1 week. No agreement has been done. As per conditions, I am supposed to get full refund. But I have not received it 4 months after cancellation. I have been told by sales person that I will get refund but no dates have been mentioned. I have all whatsapp chat and screenshots saved to support my claim. I have sent multiple emails to customer care but not getting any reply.

What should I do now? Please suggest. I can provide more information on this regard if needed.

My father and I jointly had bought flat at Siddha Galaxia 2 in 2018.
Unfortunately, my father got expired one year later.

On January of 2020. I received a letter from the company that the flat is ready for fit-

outs handover but some dues are outstanding and need to be cleared before

handover. So, I cleared all the dues including the registration charges as well as

legal fees.
After that, I asked them to arrange for the registration and also informed them about

the sad demise of my father. But they overlooked my mail.

On August of 2020, when I went for taking handover of the flat, they told me that i

need to submit an affidavit from First class Magistrate and some other documents

before Registration. I submitted all documents via mail and waited for their response.

They confirmed that documents are received and correct but did not provide any

tentative dates for Registration.

After few follow-up mails regarding registration from my end and not getting any

response from their end, I called at their customer care number. But again got no

response.

It has been more than 12 months that I paid for registration but till now, the

registration is due and whenever I sent them any mail or call them, they give different

excuses like I have never asked for getting my Flat registered etc.

So, I would request the company to process the registration of my Flat as the earliest or else refund the registration fees as well as Legal fees paid with interest.
