SIDHARTH NATURA SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT: TOTAL FAILURE.
EVEN AFTER 9 /10 MONTHS OF HAND OVER STP PLANT NOT COMMISSIONED FOR REGULAR USE. MOST OF THE RESIDENTS ARE BECOMING SICK DUE TO BAD SMELL & UN HYGENIC ENVIRONMENT. PROMOTERS SIDHARTH FOUNDATIONS & HOUSING / S N CONSTRUCTIONS NOT SINCERE IN SOLVING THIS ISSUE AND TRYING TO ESCAPE FROM THEIR MISTAKE BY GIVING FALSE INFORMATION TO ALL RESIDENTS.
ALL THE FUTURE BUYERS IN ANY OTHER PROJECT BY THIS BUILDERS ARE ADVISED TO BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE CHOOSING THIS BUILDER

Sidharth Natura: Be Aware of your Apartment promoters: Please see the reply from the promoters, when the newly built apartment is under responsibility of the promoter. Apartment is still under Promoters maintenance but you can see below how they are pushing the responsibilities;

Dear Mr. Krishnamurthy Sivanarayanan,
Sub: Blowing of Fuse & Electrical power disturbance mostly everyday in Block No.1 (SIDHARTH NATURA)
With reference to your email regarding Frequent Blowing of Electrical Fuse and Power supply failure in Block 1, we would like to bring to your kind notice that we have been taking all necessary steps to resolve this issue from our end. We have already taken the load test with well trained professionals which resulted to a green go from our end. Our technicians have reported that the problem is only at the Electricity Dept end. We have installed 2 numbers of 500Kva transformers only after considering our requirements in the premises.
In case you require another round of checking of the load factor with appropriate instruments, we will extend all necessary co-operations from our end to test the load during day and night time on a day that will be comfortable to you so that the process can happen in your presence and we shall share the load calculations we have followed during the test process. Kindly let us know the possible dates for us to proceed further. If we find any problems from our end we will do the needful to sort out the issues immediately. In case the problem identified is from the Electrical departments end, then the association or the end users will have to contact the concerned authority directly to solve the issue. We assure you the best of our services as always.

Dear Mr. Vinod,
First of all you must understand, still Sidharth Natura complex is under maintenance responsibility of the Promoters for 18 months from November 2010 (as per your letter). During this period, Sidharth Promoters are fully responsible for providing all basic facilities such as Electricity, Water, Security, Maintenance, Sewage Treatment plant (yet to be commissioned) etc. Hope you are aware no Owner's Association is available at present and Association will take over only after your successful maintenance period and also commissioning of STP Plant.
Please don't try to ran away from your responsibilities

No issue has been solved:
Please be cautious on this following issues;
1) Project gets delayed by 18 months to 24 months. We have been put to much hardship & harassed.
2) Go for penalty clause for any sort of delay in handing over.
3) Ensure Service Tax payment Challans are given to you periodically. Till date no payment Challan given to us and we have no record of their payment.
4) STP plant problem not solved till today
5) You can make a personal visit & see the real condition and if required you can discuss with us

Also, their cost of Flat is varying person to person by Rs 5.00 lacs, for the same size in same floor.
