This is a stupid courier company I have ever come a cross.
ICICI bank has sent me the cheque book on 11th April 2011 through the Sigma Express Courier of Ghatkoper branch, the courier person came to home and drop the note that "Sorry we missed you" and asked to contact in between 9.30 to 19.00 when I made a call on 12th and 13th and 14th April no one was receiving the call. Hardly after calling for long time some one lift...

I'm Dr. Rema Rajan living in Koparkhairane. I wish to lodge a complaint about Sigma Express Courier . In response to a 'sorry' note left by the courier on 15.3.11, I called the office on 16.3.11 at around 10 am. I was told that the document has been taken by the delivery boy and will be delivered between 11am and 7pm on 16.3.11. Till 6pm it was not delivered so I called the courier office at Sanpada on the number 42017000 provided...

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is to bring to your notice that Sigma Express Services which is engaged by ICICI Bank in Mumbai to deliver important documents to their customers are extremely unprofessional & to top it they have very rude officials who instead of providing straightforward solutions to costumers aggravate the problems with rude behaviour.
