Confirmation regarding my mobile number and email ID not yet received after sending speed post letter...

Booked on 15 Jul 2020 and despatched on 16 Jul 2020 from Rohtak post office not yet delivered at destination. .
Pls check nd confirm urgent.

I have applied for renewal of my echs card from 16 kb to 64 kb. During its verification i came to know that dob of my spouse in my records is 15 oct.1962 whereas the correct dob is 01 apr 1962. I have already submitted all necessary proof like copy of matric cert., copy of pp, copy dl and copy adhar in support by regd post for rectification of this mistake. Records has already verified my details in application as per the record held by them. So edit option is not available with me to correct it. Kindly allow edit option in my "on line" application for renewal of my echs card so that this correction in dob of my spouse may be done. Thanking you
