Silvex developers owned by Tony Silva, Nance Silva and their son Nikhiel Silva, are involved in one of the biggest property scams in Mumbai. They are assisted by Mr Vishwanath Palke and Joe Silva in cases of fraud, double sale of flats, which do not exist in Andheri, Mulund and Khar Mumbai.
They have no fear of the law, as they say that they have the police and corrupt government officials in their hands.

Fraudulent Sales and Cheating
Silvex Developers Pvt Ltd, located in Khar West, Mumbai are developers involved in redevelopment projects on MHADA land. The builders have been involved in fraudulent practises and rampantly sell / give allottment of every flat to multiple buyers. They then delay the projects and never complete the same so that the multiple buyers do not get to know the truth. Please beware of this developer as he is cheating buyers....
