Invalid SIM with a couple of Problems
I have bought a Simoco Mobile Handset with IMEI no: [protected]. But it started malfunctioning after working for only 6 months. (note:still 6 months of warranty period left). Apart from this problem, I am also facing a lot of problems regarding this mobile handset like charging problems, set hangs frequently etc! I want to change my hand set
I hav Purchesd 1 hand set of Simoco No - 388(IMEI no is-[protected])Cost-3750 Rs/. Purchesd on 11/11/08 from Chowdhury Travels add- 29/H/1, Canal South Road Kolkata- 700015. But after only one Month it started to disurbe. when I ask to shop their sound was something diffrent.
And I 3 time Walk to the Customer Care but they taking time but altimately not solving my problem and Im unable to use that where as it in Warenty Piriod....
