Scam agency, I reached them for baby care taker. This company has multiple names - Bhaghwan home services is the current one(7th street Dasarathapuram, Saligramam, Chennai-93) They promised to arrange for 12K after interviewing one candidate agreed for 8k and we paid full 1 month salary agreed to agency(12k even though maid asked only 8k) - but she worked just 1 day and left without informing. After that they sent candidates totally unfit for baby care, and they have very less count of candidates in hand to refer. I am still asking them daily for replacement and i have not got right candidate. They blame me that i negotiated with candidate for 8k thats why she left. Why did maid agree in first place if salary is constraint. Also they sent replacement for very far places travelling 12 kms or very old folks 60+ - who are not fit for job

Very very very poor service! Not recommended!! In april 2016, we had approached skandhaa maid agency to hire a full time maid to look after my small baby and cooking at home. Since april till october, we have changed 9-10 maids. None of their maids stay for more than a month. They are also very poor in understanding needs of the customer to provide them appropriate maids. Very poor service. Just imagine the fate of my 2 year old daughter who has seen 10 maids in 6 months. Their maids leave you without any information or never return after a holiday offered. They also do not take any action on these. They will replace on their own availability only. It might take 3-4 days for replacement and you will have to adjust your workings for their torture. I would have rated them negative if there was an option. Very very very poor service!!! Not recommended!! I want my advance back

We had paid 9000 rs as advance for a baby sitter on april 2016 and they provided a lady whom they said had 11 years of experience. But later we came to know that it was fake and she was replaced with another lady. She stayed for a month and left without informing us. The management was aware of this but they did not inform us or neither did they arrange for another lady/baby sitter. As per their policy they would arrange for 3 replacements...
