I had purchased a Metz led TV on 2nd October 2019. A few months later lines appeared on the display. On 14th December 2020 I registered a complaint about this issue. 01214TELMH174662 is the complaint id . They did not react on it. No technician was sent to check the issue. I tried contacting them on several occasions but their helpline played recording due to covid there were no executive are available.

Now on July 23rd my Tv stopped working, after n numbers of complaints to Metz (all ignored) and Vijay Sales, complaint id 10805TELMH208563. Vijay sales sent a technician who said the display is not working and the panel needs to be replaced. Now after waiting for almost 3 weeks the Vijay sales people called me to tell that the part is not available with Metz and they are willing to give partial refund of Rs 8000. The tv is still under warranty.

After a lot of arguments, the Vijay sales executive gave me Metz company's numbers. I called on the numbers but there's no response or someone disconnects the call. Some Girija devi from Metz answered the call and asked me to explain the issue on Whatsapp. After I told her everything, she said "You can ask Vijay sales to rectify. They are responsible."

Now Vijay Sales and Metz company both are just blaming one another and refusing to honor the warranty.

I have purchase LED of skyworth from Mira Road branch on 3 November 2018 but didn't got the delivery yet its been 14 days. I have contacted on company CUSTOMER CARE number but they don't have anything to say about it.even i had visited the outlet but they haven't send it yet.No body is seems to be interested in customer service. Before I write on social media I want a quick response as it is enough of ###

This is regards to hello country holidays who is doing false calls in the name of skyworth to credit card holders like me. First they call saying that you are selected for this scheme and will get gifts like free holidays for 3 days/ 2 nights, 1 shoes and 1 watch with shopping card on payment of rs. 8015 and do not allow you check the scheme in detail on email before payment.

Holiday voucher was worst..!!!. Only had 70 hotels as option with additional rs. 500 booking amount, also not valid during diwali/holiday season. The shopping card is also not as committed, does not have options in jabalpur city. There was no communication on the cancellation policy.
