i bought the slender shaper on[protected] from jaishri enterprises indore which was authorized dealer but after few day the product stop the working and i repaired it 3 times from authorized dealer but now he said to me to lodge complaint to the head office of TVC skyshop about your product and pay it from your pocket...

I have purchased a Slender Shaper from the TVCSKYSHOP in the month of march and it worked properly for three months and suddenly stopped functioning. I have lodge the complaint with the Customer care and also with the local distributor. They have not repaired nor replaced the product. The worst customer service. They have to be prohibited from going on air and stopped from cheating the public.
