Canteen Smart Card prepared. File no. is [D/DEL/164742]. Contact URC after 15-20 working days. (SCPL).but I don't receive my cards

My canteen smart card blocked/expiry on 1/01/2020. So i request you that i have already apply for a new one and i got a acknowledge receipt with application number 3803338. But yet uptil now i haven't got the new one.

So i request to you to start my old card temporary until new smartcard. My old card number is lb[protected]y00

Sms 1 (08 aug 18)
Dear customer, your canteen smart card application has been received [smart chip noida].

Sms 2 (17 aug 18)
Dear customer, your canteen smart card personalized. File no. Is [s/pun/69435]. Contact urc after 10 working days. Destroy old cards by punching chip, handover to urc on receipt of new card. (Scpl)

I service no 750639 B ex sgt retired air force personal and applied for canteen smart card at 5FBSU, AF. I got sms that my application has been received by smart chip nojda on 03 Feb 2016. But I have not received my canteen smart card till date. please inform me via Email regarding status of my canteen smart card . My Email ID is [protected]@Yahoo.com
