I am Deepak Nehra and I booked a flat with Smart world gems project in sec 89 Gurgaon in the name Nisha and Deepak Nehra O-31D on the 4th floor .
I pay a total amount 7, 35000 rupees to Smart world in the name of ADHIKAANSH REALTORS PRIVATE LIMITED.
And due to delayed in loan from bank I missed one installment which was a direct debit from bank and for this payment they didn't even tried to call me that if you didn't pay you will not even get your flat or even the money which you have Paid.
I am very disturbed even I have consulted doctor and they have suggested me no to worries and they mentioned that I am going through depression.
I don't understand that I am not begging am just asking to refund my hard earned money which I have saved for my home and now my family is also not feeling good.
We don't want smartworld to be the reason for not living happily please return us our happiness.
The main thing is they are just playing trust game as we came from very simple family and trust people easily, they didn't even let us go through the contract once or twice they just start rushing towards the process and not have explained each and every point before taking payment.

Me and my husband booked 2 units in gems project on July 21 being the first ones to book the flats even before the sample flats were built.

And because of timespro (our middle man agents) we dint get the open units but the FROZEn ones which are still frozen probably.

I am facing the same harassment with EoI refund. I have written them atleast 10 mails till now to everyone involved including RM Anshuman.[protected]@smartworlddevelopers.com and [protected]@smartworlddevelopers.com . They just dont respond on email or phone. I just didnt expect this kind of harassment in return of extending my money and confidence to smartworld. Lets unite together and make others aware of not falling in their traps anymore. They are just cheating, I have lost my trust completely on them- they had promised so high before I gave the money and now my money is gone since last 6 months. Readers, please beware of fake builders like smartworld! They will fool you and cheat you at every step! Please stay away from Smartworld.
