I have opened one commodity account no NBQ0414(with NSE & BSE) with SMC Comtarde ltd with their Kolkata office at 18 Rabindra Sarani , Podder Court 4th , 5th floor Kolkata-700012.
From the right begining they have started no. of transactions with any authority from me. I opened the account with Rs.51,000/-. I started to knock their office to close down the account and give me payout of entire amount.but they did not cared my request...

i have off line a/c trading account for commodity with SMC COMTRADE ltd.and also trading account in equity under (NSE,BSE& NSE Currency) since 28/08/2010.since beginning the tranaction procedure in my account is not proper.They done no of transaction without my notice or permission.From 22/10/2010 onwards there are manupuleted tranaction in my account only for earning company commission without my approval. on account of this i had suffer...
