ORDER #55556663. I ordered HQD Disposable Vape from Smokehouseindia but got a defective non function item. There is no response from their customer service team and no calling number available.

They sent me expired Cigars manufactured 19 years ago! Please see attached image. Pls do not buy from these SCAMMERS.

They are a scam company. Sent me expired cigars manufactured in 2003!! See attached image. Do not order from these scammers.

American spirit has different color coding for different kinds of tobacco. So, I ordered an orange pack, 25 grams. Order No: 74563, cost was 1200 rupees. I waited for so many days and at last I received a different tobacco, the packet is yellow in color (means - a different flavor). I tried to reach out to them but they haven't provided any contact no. in the website. I dropped them emails twice but they do not reply. Rs. 1200 is a large amount of money for me, I don't want to waste it in such fraud. It is probably the most basic ettiquette in online selling that if a customer has received a wrong product, the Company would pick it up and commence either refund or replacement. I have attached the photos, there's a screenshot of the product within the website and other are of what I received.

They acknowledged payment of Rs 8009 but haven’t shipped the order 715330. They gave me courier tracking details on my request but when I check, the courier company says the order hasn’t even been handed over to them.

For the past 9 days smokehouse.co.in have told me over email that I’d receive the order in 2-3 days.

The phone and WhatsApp number mentioned for customer support on their website is useless as nobody responds to calls or messages.
They only responds to emails, that too very rarely and with incorrect updates.

They sell electronic cigarettes and other tobacco products. I ordered a heets cigarette sticks. On the website they sell the carton with 10 packs in it for more than 2500. I ordered two of them and they sent me only two packs instead of two cartons with 10 packs each. Each pack costs a maximum of 200 rupees, while they took more than 2500rs for that. They did fraud and misleading sale. And they scammed me out of 5500 rupees....

I placed an order (No. [protected] in Mid March) and paid for it by my credit card. The amount was received by the company. After several weeks/months the company finally replied to my e-mail (several were sent) saying that Due to Lockdown they could not deliver. They offered to send the product aaain and asked me to re-order since the price was changed and I was required to pay Rs.500 more. The Company said they would accept "Cash on Delivery". I accepted this and re-ordered the product (No.[protected]). After that there has been no response from the company and no one answers the mobile phone (No.[protected]). I placed an order (Order id: [protected]) on smokehouse.co.in.
Unfortunately due to covid-19 lockdown the order delivery got delayed so i cancelled the order.
Their phone is switched off. Sms, emails and whatsapp messages are not being responded to.
I’m awaiting the refund of rs 6479 till now.
Not a single reply/update from them.
Their website smokehouse.co.in has also become inaccessible.

Need urgent resolution.

I have ordered for the first time from smokehouse. As the cod charges were very high, i paid online. I was instructed to call seller after the order is placed. I have been trying to call but the number is switched off. So i cancelled the order. No notification of refund has come since. I am lost the money is lost. If is a fraud, i need help.

I was not aware if the seller is in bangalore. But the site showed they deliver everywhere. I got alarmed when no details were sent to me except a message with a phone number (That is also available on the website). That's when i started this process.
