No refund my 2500 call.[protected]

I have purchased 10000 sms from this company and bniot even single message getting delivered.

Hello, yesterday dated October 18, 2021 i have purchased 50, 000 promotional text sms pack at Rs 6250 from this company named sms bharti. When I send 50, 000 text sms from panel provided by them, on their panel they showed that all messages are delivered . but in reality, when I cross checked by manually randomly calling 50 phone numbers, no one received messages . Moreover, I have put 20 of my staff phone numbers in the data for cross check. none of my staff phone number also received text sms . This company sms bharti is a fraud and scammer . Beware of them . Do not get caught in their scam. An honest advice to all the people.
